Mountain CAP of WV, Inc., a CDC works in cooperation with funding agencies, providing financing for start up businesses or existing businesses interested in expansion of operations. • Microloan Program: Loans provided to individuals interested in owning and operating a small business who may find difficulty in obtaining traditional credit. Loans are up to $15,000
• Intermediary Re-Lender Program (IRP): The IRP Loan Fund is available to finance small start up business or current businesses wishing to expand. Loans available for $15,001 up to $150,000.
