Mountain CAP is building affordable homes and our staff can help you find affordable mortgage options, certified credit counseling and/or Home Buyer Education classes to help you reach your goal of home ownership. 

Our agency strives to improve individual lives and increase community development.  Mountain CAP's Housing Development Program relies on the support of the following community partners: Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), West Virginia Housing Development Fund (WVHDF), Community Works in WV and Federation of Appalachian Housing Enterprises (FAHE).
